Custom Tavern Charcuterie Boards 

Does your party have a unique tavern, headquarters, or home base for your D&D game or TTRPG?  Commission a custom Charcuterie Board for your game nights to hold your noms, use as a cutting board, or hang on the wall as a decorative plaque when not in use!

Please fill the form below to begin the process and our artist, Shawna, will respond to you by email soon to begin a discussion on details of the design, price, due date, etc.

Soon after, you will receive a watermarked draft of your design. You may have 3 opportunities to edit the design* before it goes into final draft form. Once you approve the design and pay the agreed upon fee plus shipping costs, (details within email discussion), you will no longer be able to edit the design.

Then all you have to do is wait! We will get started on making your board and send it your way! We will notify you when your board has shipped with a tracking number.

Standard boards are a foot in diameter with a handle and leather hanging cord on pine wood. Design is wood burned onto the board, and them treated with food-safe oil. Alternative board types and sizes are subject to availability and may not always include a hanging option.

Please be aware that filling out the commission request form does not guarantee you an order, it only informs the artist of interest and begins the conversation.  

Minimum turnaround for a board before shipping is 2 weeks. High complexity pieces may take longer.

Commissions are Subject to Availability. If there is no availability at the time of request, you will receive an email stating such and you will be put onto a waiting list.

Prices begin at $50 (USD) and vary depending on type, complexity, size, and volume of work.

Character Art Commissions

Order your own custom Character art for Dungeons & Dragons, Tabletop Role Playing Games, etc!

Please fill the form below to begin the process and our artist, Shawna, will respond to you by email soon to begin a discussion on details of the design, price, due date, etc.

Soon after, you will receive a watermarked draft of your design. You may have 3 opportunities to edit the design* before it goes into final draft form. Once you approve the design and pay half of the total commission fee (details within email discussion), you will no longer be able to edit the design.

Then all you have to do is wait! You will receive notification of your completed piece by your due date. Once you send the remainder of your fee, you will be emailed a high quality PNG of your custom character art!

* Number of edits can be negotiated ONLY for the "Group Art" pieces, with an added deposit (due to the amount of work being done by the artist before a design is approved). More details within the email conversations.

Please be aware that filling out the commission request form does not guarantee you an order, it only informs the artist of interest and begins the conversation.

Prices begin at $25 (USD) for line art of a portrait and vary depending on type, complexity, size, and volume of work. Prices increase for full body shots, excessive detail, group shots, and backgrounds; all on a case by case basis.

Then all you have to do is wait (or time travel)! You will receive notification of your completed piece by your due date. Once you send the remainder of your fee, you will be emailed a high quality PNG of your custom Circular Gallifreyan art!

* Number of edits can be negotiated ONLY for the "Gallifreyan + Complex Art" pieces, with an added deposit (due to the amount of work being done by the artist before a design is approved). More details within the email conversations.

Prices begin at $40 (USD) and vary depending on type, complexity, size, and volume of work. 

Minimum turnaround for a piece of art is 2 weeks. High complexity pieces within 2 weeks may require a rush fee.

Please be aware that you will not be receiving a physical piece of art. You will receive a high quality image file that you can print or use however you wish.
